With our fleXcool solution, previously unused cold store operating data (e.g. goods movements and process control data) is analysed using a specially developed algorithm and combined with electricity price forecasts.
This approach allows us to significantly reduce energy costs while increasing our customers’ sustainability.

Dyke is the initiator of the project. As a process engineer, he researched energy flexibilization for Refrigeration Systems in his master’s thesis.
As CEO, Dyke specializes in business development, sales and partner management.
According to “CliftonStrengths”, his greatest strength lies in developing imaginative strategies and communicating with others in a goal-oriented manner.
A former volleyball player, he now finds balance by swimming laps in the pool.

About Sören
Sören has more than 20 years of professional experience in various industries and roles. He is an industrial engineer and has been a manager of more than 150 employees, COO in a HealthTech start-up and an organizational consultant.
As CEO, he is responsible for sales and marketing as well as internal organization such as HR, processes and finance.
According to CliftonStrengths, his greatest strengths lie in collaboration and holistic thinking. His areas of expertise are people and processes.
Sören is the father of two children. Outside of work and family, he is interested in yoga and biohacking.

Leon is a data scientist and engineer for sustainable energy technology. He works on renewable energy systems and sustainability concepts.
His greatest strength is his drive: he prefers to do rather than hear himself talk, turning ideas and thoughts into attitudes and actions.
Leon uses his skills mainly in data modeling, machine learning and backend development.
Leon is the youngest father on the fleXality team. Besides his family, he is passionate about decentralized, energy self-sufficient systems.

His greatest strength is perfecting and thinking through complex problem solutions.

Justus is a family man and a coding fanatic. When he’s not waiting for the perfect wave, he prefers writing code to text.
