Optimising self-consumption

What is the difference between fEnOMS for monitoring and reporting and the version designed for reducing electricity costs and orchestration?
fEnOMS Monitor provides transparency: consumption, costs, load profiles, anomalies and reports are made visible and can be analysed. fEnOMS Orchestrate goes one step further and uses this data to actively and economically coordinate and optimise flexible consumers, PV, BESS and other energy systems.
Which systems can be integrated?
Is the system only suitable for refrigeration systems?
No, even though we are known as experts in refrigeration systems, we can interface with any system that has a control system and even analyse it using additional sensors, even if it does not provide any information.
The solution is generally suitable for industrial energy systems, industrial and logistics sites, as well as sites with multiple energy sources and flexible consumers; refrigeration systems are just one of several possible applications.
Can PV systems and BESS be taken into account?
Yes. PV and BESS can be taken into account as part of the site’s energy system and integrated into the transparency and orchestration framework, so that self-consumption, load shifting and cost optimisation work together more effectively.
Is the optimisation carried out automatically or subject to approval?
Our system operates fully automatically and requires no further intervention. To ensure this, it is important that the correct operating parameters and conditions have been agreed upon.
What data and interfaces are required?

How quickly can a site be connected?
Ideally, we will integrate our own control system into your network as a so-called edge device. Your IT department must enable access, and your plant engineer must implement the processing of our control signals.
From our side, everything can in principle be completed within a few days. Ultimately, however, such an implementation is a small project and, as a rule, takes around 2–3 months to complete.
The exact time required depends on which systems are already in place and how complex the site is.
