Our first big trade fair is coming up! In two months’ time, we will be manning a stand in the Innovations Area at Messe Bremen and presenting our solutions for frozen fish – together with our customer EcoCool GmbH.
What is the “fish” trade fair about?
The “fish international” trade fair in Bremen is the only trade fair for fish and seafood in Germany. It offers a comprehensive overview of the market for fish products, from fish farming and fishing methods to processing and marketing. Exhibitors from all over the world present their latest products and services, including fresh, frozen and processed fish products as well as technologies and solutions for aquaculture and fish processing.
The trade fair takes place every two years at the Bremen Exhibition Center and attracts trade visitors from the retail and wholesale trade, the food service and catering sectors and the fish industry. In addition to the exhibition, there is a supporting program with workshops, seminars and cooking demonstrations that address current trends and challenges in the industry, such as sustainability, environmental protection and the latest food trends.
Another important component of “fish international” is “GASTRO IVENT”, an accompanying trade fair that focuses on innovative concepts for gastronomy and catering. Ideas and solutions are presented here to help restaurateurs make their offerings attractive and contemporary.
